Our team includes students and teachers from 3 of the Fayette County high schools. The participation of the students and teachers is what drives this event. In addition we also have participation from a dedicated group of community volunteers that bring their professional experience to the effort and work to mentor students in various aspects of producing this event. Furthermore without our sponsors this event would not be possible.

Jon St. John is a community member and Senior Software Developer at Drive Current. He worked with students and other team members to create the PAN Film Festival website.
Levi Rose
I’m an Ohio native and received a Bachelors of Science in Geology and a Minor in Biological Sciences from Ohio University (Athens, Ohio) in 2005. Athens is approximately 2.5 hours away from the New River Gorge, and I spent a large majority of my free time frequenting the area. Upon graduating, I had the opportunity to study numerous water bodies at different spatial scales all over the nation.
Aquatic Ecology research has taken me fromthe headwaters of the Columbia River (Oregon), through the drainages of Glacier National Park, and to tropical stream environments in Puerto Rico. During the last six years, I’ve focused on aquatic ecology, biological monitoring, stream surveying, and geospatial technology. Forming this multi-disciplinary background has prepared me for all of the challenges that lie ahead as the new Watershed Coordinator for the Wolf Creek watershed. I look forward to the long-term commitment of removing Wolf Creek from the EPA’s 303(d) list, and I’m excited to be serving the Fayetteville community!
